Daniele C. Johnson Esq.
To accomplish results driven results through personalized, customized attention and care.
Unfortunately, most family law cases are not amicable. The parties become entrenched in battle over custody of the children; division of marital assets; and alimony. With Daniele Johnson & Associates, you do not have to be in the trenches alone fighting your battle. You are armed with a team of professionals who will be right beside you.
Your first line of defense is Tamara Watts. Tamara is a certified paralegal and has been the associate support staff for Daniele Johnson since 2012. More often than not, she will be the person to schedule your initial consult. She will also work closely with you to get your case ready for mediation and trial, including, but not limited to, preparing your Domestic Relations Financial Affidavit; preparing discovery responses; preparing witness affidavits; and facilitating personal service on the opposing side.
At the initial consult, you will meet with Daniele Johnson, the sole proprietor of Daniele Johnson & Associates. Once you decide to retain her services, your case will not be passed off to a junior attorney. You get her and her 20 plus years of family law experience. Through telephone conversations; emails; and in-person meetings, she will work extremely closely with you towards accomplishing your identified goals.
Her hourly rate is $350.00 with a minimum fee to be determined at the initial consult. Your retainer will then be utilized in a way that would best benefit your case. It will not be dwindled away on frivolous or stubborn litigation or by nickel and dime billing tactics. At the conclusion of your case, if there is a balance left from your retainer, it will be refunded back to you. To get the process started, simply contact the office via the website or telephone to schedule your free 30-minute consult. Every 30 minutes thereafter are $100.00.
Whatever the situation may be, your team at Daniele Johnson & Associates can help.
Daniele C. Johnson is the owner of Daniele Johnson & Associates, a Family Law practice.
Since 1997, Ms. Johnson has devoted her career to protecting others. During her 3rd year of law school, she became court-certified to represent victims of domestic violence. Immediately upon graduating from law school, she served as an assistant district attorney, assigned to the special victims unit of crimes against children. For the last 18 years, she has devoted her skills exclusively to the practice of Family Law.
Ms. Johnson has a healthy balance between aggressive litigation and practicality. She zealously advocates for her clients to protect their interests. Representation begins with the exchange of honest information during the initial consultation. She then works very closely with her clients to prepare a strategic plan designed to reach their identified goals. Ms. Johnson has a results-driven litigation style. If she can attain those goals through the art of assertive negotiation and avoid the emotional and financial cost of going to trial, she will certainly take that path. However, once in court, her acute trial preparations and knowledge of the law have served her clients’ interests well.
Ms. Johnson is extremely passionate about child custody cases. In 2005, Ms. Johnson became a certified guardian ad litem. She firmly believes that it is the child’s right to be primarily placed with the parent who has the best disposition to handle that task. As lead counsel of a custody dispute or in her role as a guardian ad litem, Ms. Johnson fights hard to design a custody arrangement that will accommodate the unique circumstances of each family and will serve the child’s best interest.
Ms. Johnson married her husband in 2003 and they are the proud parents of 3 children. She has been a resident of Cobb County since 2002. She is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, as well as the Family Law Division of the State Bar of Georgia. She has been repeatedly recognized as the “Client’s Choice” attorney on avvo.com and is the recipient of the 2017 Lawyers of Distinction Award. In 2013, she was published in the State Bar of Georgia Winter Law Review for her article, “The Team Approach to Determine the Best Interest of Children”.
The key to Ms. Johnson’s success is her strong work ethic and established respect in the Family Law community. She will continue to use those attributes for the benefit of her clients.

"Daniele was really great in court questioning my deadbeat ex-husband. She got him to admit under oath he was doing drugs and taking no effort to pay child support. Before court, she was honest with me about what legal action I should take regarding my case. Other lawyers suggested additional actions that would have only cost me more money and gained me nothing."
"I was quite happy with Daniele Johnson’s approach to making sure all my t’s were crossed and my i’s dotted when handling my recent divorce. I found her quite easy to deal with, and appreciate her “straight-shooter” personality style. I would certainly use her again for any family law matter."
"Ms. Johnson is a great attorney. She is knowledgeable, dependable, fair and very accommodating. I have been most impressed with her creativity in solving problems that other attorneys told me were not correctable. Additionally, Ms. Johnson has many years of GAL experience, that have proven invaluable to me and many of her clients."
